Thank you for shopping at The Sequoia Books. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Total Estimated Delivery Time From the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your door, please allow approximately 5–10 business days in total (2–3 days processing + 3–7 days transit).
Shipping Rates We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required.
Delivery Timeframes Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated transit times within the United States are:

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delivery Issues If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property and with neighbors, then contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us at support@theSequoiabooks.com and we will do our best to assist you.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@theSequoiabooks.com — we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
